Volunteers participate in all aspects of enriching the visitor experience, from guiding visitors through the Discovery Center, to assisting with exhibits, special events, educational programs, and fundraising. Wallowology appreciates the support from our community!

There are many ways to get involved at Wallowology! We will match you with the volunteer opportunity that fits your interests, schedule, and skills.

Greeters & Guides

Greet and orient visitors to the Discovery Center. Or, take it to the Docent level, and guide and interpret exhibits for visitors. Training provided.

There are many tasks for a carpenter, from exhibit structure to bookshelves, and all the small stuff in between.

If pushing a vacuum after hours in a quiet Discovery Center sounds nice, let us know.

Exhibit Assistants

Explore and help develop hands-on experiences. Install new exhibits or update signage. Find and label new samples for the Discovery Room.
